1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SNS Digital Marketing Solutions ("SNS ADS", "we", "us", or "our"), including audits, consultation, performance advertising, and social media handling, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Services Offered
SNS ADS provides digital marketing and advertising management solutions, including:
- Meta Ads Management: Campaign deployment, audience optimization, creative assets testing, and tracking setup across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
- Google Ads Management: Setup and ongoing administration of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns.
- Social Media Handling: Organic feed strategy, grid aesthetics, content planning, and community interaction support.
3. Fees, Billings, and Ad Budgets
All management fees are billed as per the custom contract agreed upon before launching campaigns. Please note that Ad Spend Budgets are paid directly by the client to the respective advertising networks (Google Ads Center, Meta Business Suite). SNS ADS is not responsible for any billing disputes between the client and Google or Meta networks.
4. Ads Refund Policy
Refund Guaranteed
If your campaigns or creative assets are explicitly and permanently rejected or disapproved by Meta Ads or Google Ads platforms (such that the campaigns cannot run), SNS ADS will provide a 100% refund of our management fees.
No Refunds Otherwise
In all other cases, including but not limited to campaign performance fluctuations, ROAS variations, lead quality differences, client mind changes, account suspensions caused by client-side platform policy violations, or organic social media handling hours, no refunds will be provided once campaign setup or optimization service has commenced.
5. Client Accounts and Responsibilities
To run campaigns effectively, you agree to grant SNS ADS the necessary advertiser permissions. It is your responsibility to maintain active payment accounts on Meta and Google. You must also comply with Google and Meta advertising policies. Suspensions due to landing page compliance errors or illegal content are the client's sole responsibility.
6. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate the marketing management agreement by providing a written notice of at least 15 business days. Upon termination, client access rights to ad channels configured by SNS ADS will remain intact, and all outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled.
7. Limitation of Liability
SNS ADS, its developers, and managers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad account suspensions, platform bans, organic post metrics changes, or variations in business revenue. We build campaigns using industry best practices and AI predictions, but market conditions remain independent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
